| Sample Menu
Our menus consist mainly of traditional British fayre, we use
a four week rolling menu, which is reviewed regularly. All
food is cooked on site by trained cooks to ensure a high standard
of home cooking. Special diets can be catered for including
diabetic menus. We cater three main meals a day, plus
refreshments are served mid morning, afternoon and supper time.
Drinks and snacks are available 24 hours a day on request.
This is an example of some of the typical dishes available on
the menu, it is by no means complete, and we endeavour to cater
for all requests:

Roast Lamb, mint sauce, served with roast potatoes
Steak& Kidney pie served with chipped potatoes
Roast Chicken and stuffing, served with roast potatoes
Liver and Bacon served with creamed potatoes
All served with a choice of seasonal vegetables
Desert
Fresh Fruit Salad and Ice Cream
Sherry Trifle
Apple Pie & Custard
Rhubarb Crumble and Cream
Tea Time
(All served with a range of beverages)
Traditional Pasties
Corned Beef Hash
Choice of toppings on toast
Served with choice of potatoes and vegetables or
salad
As an alternative choice sandwiches or baked potatoes are available
at each meal time with a variety of fillings
Supper is served late evening with beverages and snacks
